Learning is a fundamental skill that is essential for growth and personal development. Every day, we can discover new and relevant things from our peers and even from our environment. People diagnosed with dyslexia often have difficulty in learning, affecting their reading and writing abilities. This is where Wisconsin Institute for Learning Disabilities/Dyslexia (WILDD) comes in. Our instructors aim to provide opportunities for individuals with dyslexia and help improve their condition. Excel with WILDD and experience quality education today.

Understanding Dyslexia

Difficulties in reading, writing, spelling, or even learning a foreign language are signs of dyslexia. It often results from neurological differences, which can also be genetic. Usually, people with this condition find it hard to process words and numbers due to a deficit in their phonological component and cognitive skills.

Recognizing the signs of this condition is necessary for a child’s early stages of development. If you notice that you or your little one has dyslexia, immediate evaluation is recommended. Although it is characterized as a learning disability, there are ways to improve one’s condition.
