Madison

The Madison branch of WILDD has served clients from South Central Wisconsin since 2007. In August 2010, WILDD Madison will welcome Ms. Layla Coleman as Center Director.
Layla obtained her Bachelors degree in English Literature at Clark University. She was then employed with Linda Mood-Bell Learning Processes where she was trained extensively in teaching reading remediation. Layla moved on to teaching students with language-based learning disabilities at Landmark School in Manchester, Massachusetts. After that, she gained more experience teaching at Bay Hill High School in Oakland, California. Layla’s most recent career endeavors have been serving as a Regional Literacy Consultant for Wisconsin Literacy and as as Instructor at WILDD.

Oshkosh
The Oshkosh branch of WILDD opened its doors in November 2009 under the leadership of Karen Schmidt, MSE, NCC.
Since then, WILDD has welcomed Ben Gumz to the team as the new director of our WILDD-Oshkosh location. Ben is an enthusiastic and synamic individual who hopes to continually build up programming in the Oshkosh location. Stop in and introduce yourself to our new WILDD-Oshkosh director!

West Allis
The West Allis branch of WILDD, serving the Greater Milwaukee area, opened its doors in January of 2010 under the directorship of Molly Brown.
Ms. Brown joined WILDD with several years of experience, including work as a Psychometrist in an inpatient/outpatient behavioral health setting, a Special Education Assistant in a Milwaukee area middle school, and a Specialist in Education at a Milwaukee area behavioral health facility for children/adolescents. Molly completed her Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. Ms. Brown will complete her Masters of Educational Psychology-Learning and Development in August 2010.
